Tapecoat H50 Gray Cold-applied above and below ground coating in tape form with an integrated primer. Tapecoat H35 Gray and Tapecoat H50 Gray are designed to protect above and below ground metal surfaces from corrosion and electrolysis. They are used for coating pipe, girth welds, fittings, couplings, tanks, pipetype cable, conduit, tie rods, elevator casings and other metal surfaces. Their unique MAF? backing hasbeen specially formulated to provide strength that allows it to be pulled tightly around fittings and other irregular shapes with minimal pull back due to memory. Tapecoat H35 Gray and Tapecoat H50 Gray employ an integrated primer and are resistant to UV rays, thermal expansion, impact and abrasion. Both tapes can be applied over a wide range of ambient temperatures. Composition Tapecoat H35 Gray and Tapecoat H50 Gray are composed of a Gray specially formulated MAF? backing with a synthetic elastomeric adhesive. Impregnated into the adhesive is an integrated primer.

Tapecoat® G25 Gray

TC G-25 Tarp Repair Tape is an economical and quick repair for torn, ripped, or damaged tarpaulins. Because less down time is required, repairs with G-25 are more cost effective than those made at repair facilities. G-25 is also ideal for seaming, sealing, and repairing geo-membranes (pond liners, landfill liners, etc.). TC
G-25 is a specially formulated, UV resistant repair tape manufactured for use where abrasion, puncture, and leak resistance is important. With minimum preparation, a truck driver can make a repair that is more effective than that with duct tape. TC G-25 Tarp Repair Tape is for the repair of existing tarpaulins and the installation of new geo-membranes. TC G-25 is designed to provide an air, vapor, water tight seal. Its unique MAF? backing has been specially formulated to provide strength that allows it to be pulled tightly. G-25 is resistant to UV rays, thermal expansion, impact, abrasion and can be applied over a wide range of ambient temperatures.

TC ® HT/MB

Tapecoat HT/MB High Temperature Coating exceeds all performance criteria for prevention of corrosion of buried pipelines, pipe joints/fittings, and other metal surfaces. Tapecoat HT/MB and TC 7030 are recommended for use on high-temp pipelines with a maximum constant operating temperature of up to 310? F (154 ?C). Tapecoat HT/MB works best when used with high-temp TC 7000 Epoxy Primer. Tapecoat HT/MB is a 40 mil coating, applied with a 50% overlap, for below grade application. Tapecoat HT/MB is a cold applied, self-adhering coating that is impermeable to water and salt. An aggressive high temperature adhesive is laminated to the HT/MB polypropylene mesh backing. The woven mesh backing gives the coating added strength against soil stress. Appropriate for coating below grade pipe with operation temperatures up to 300oF. Use TC OMNIPRIME primer when operation temperatures will not exceed 180?F; use TC 7000 EPOXY as a primer for operation temperatures to 300?F.
